Non-Leafing aluminium pigments distribute
themselves evenly throughout the powder coating film. For this reason, these
pigments exhibit significantly higher rub, abrasion and chemical resistance
than leafing grades.
Based on novel
heavy-metal free encapsulation technology, Aluminiumm powder are treated with
our in-house silica treatment process to enhance the coupling between aluminium
and the resin systems. This series aluminiun powder provide a variety of
optical effects with narrow particle size distribution, smooth surface and
silver-dollar structure , with excellent moisture and chemical resistance. These
pigments are ideally suited for high end interior and select exterior
applications.
